Had an interesting few days. Some high carb breakfasts are creeping in but trying to stick to low-carb for lunch and dinner.
I joined a gym. Thought I'd better try and do something while on holiday.
It's similar to Curves in USA. 30 minutes workout but the extras are you can have a manicure/pedicure/massage etc while your there.... that's my type of gym
