Well...It's been a difficult year, but I think I'm now back in a routine of not only low-carb but exercise as well. Been to Kickboxing on Monday, Pilates on Wednesday and Yoga today.
This week I've lost 5lb
My toning table arrives next week so I'll be busy with that minimum 3 times per week. This all now feels exciting and positive
