B'fast: 1 slice of wholemeal toast
Lunch: Bowl of chili and mixed salad and 2 slices of banana bread
Dinner: Bowl of broccoli soup and cheese & crackers
Supper: 1/2 crust of freshly baked wholemeal bread

Total carbs around 78

OMG! Not so good. Yesterday wasn't too bad with around 55 carbs but today I just couldnt resist the stodgy breads. Promise... I will do better tomorrow 

PS. Think I might be eating chocolate tomorrow?

Lunch: Schmits in Columbus Ohio. Sausages, Sausages and more Sausages....with sauerkraut  
Dinner: 1 slice of homemade bread with lashing of butter

Total carbs for today about 40 

Great low-carb day today. We visited Columbus University for the day and while we were there we thought we'd visit Columbus' famous German Bratwurst house. ooooo I love sausages  AND they're low-carb 
And I said NO to a cadbury's cream egg....Am I going crazy or what

Snack: Half very berry cake from Starbx
Dinner: Homemade Chicken & Broccoli Bake with 1 low-carb wrap. Greek yorhurt.
Supper: 2 cubes of high cocoa chocolate 

Total carbs for today about 49

Still getting the munchies at night time. Chocolate is now slipping back into my life. Well, who can do without chocolate. It's as indulgent as shoes

Lunch: 1 protein bar and 1 small pack of roasted almonds

Dinner: Pork loin roll with blue cheese and spinach wand peas & sweetcorn with 2 low-carb wraps

Todays carbs around 44 

Good couple of days and have lost 1lb already.

Been to the toning tables every day so far PLUS 1 kickboxing class and 1 pilates class. Think I might take the day off tomorrow coz I earned it

Been quite focussed for the past few days. Today I was at the gym for my Monday morning double whammy at the Toning Tables and at the Kickboxing class. 

I ache like crazy again but I know I'll get used to it. I can feel I'm getting stronger and can go further without stopping for water in the Kickboxing class. It's just like every class I go to: Most people can do it apart from the minority and I'm part of that minority at the moment. Although I noticed I did go further today and saw a couple of people out of puff before me  Cool or what!!

I am supposed to have a 'Gym Buddy' who, as of today has missed ALL Monday morning classes (some excuse of driving her son to university),  and Wednesdays too. 

The only one she has managed to get to is the Pilates on Thursdays. 

I will have to try and persuade her that 'Gym Buddies' are supposed to be at the gym working out.....TOGETHER
