B'fast: Coffee.

Lunch: Leftover cottage pie without the sweet potato.

Snack: 1 high protein bar.

Dinner: 8oz beef burger with 2 slices of low-carb bread and mixed salad.

Working from home today. I usually go a little crazy when I am working from home, but I am pleased to say the only time the fridge opened was for my half & half for my coffee. The night is still young though!!!
