For my husband's birthday I bought him a bread maker. So we opened it and baked our first fresh whole wheat loaf and demolished half of it between the three of us........
.......Soooo tonights snack was a 'door-stop' of a slice of whole wheat bread with low gluten (dont really know why I said low gluten because my stomach is just as swollen).
So for yesterday I had around 45 Carbs, and today I've have around 60
