Dinner: Homemade ribs with a drizzle of bbq sauce and 2 low-carb flatbreads
Total carbs for today about 60
Yes, I had breakfast! First time in ages. Not the best day but getting back to a routine. This week I did a kickboxing class, a pilates class and 3 toning table classes so should be losing inches soon....
