B'fast: Bowl of high fibre cereal
Snack: Slice of low-carb toast with low sugar marmalade
Lunch: Bowl of squash soup
Dinner: Meatballs and wild rice with 1 low-carb wrap
Total carbs for today around 65
Will try to get a little lower in my daily carbs. The gym and toning tables are keeping the inches at bay (more or less), but the carb intake is fighting it.....
So much so, I may have a doughnut later
