B'fast: Slice of toast and bowl of cereal
Lunch: Another bowl of cereal
Dinner: Minced lamb pie (without the pastry) with mixed vegetables and 1 low-carb wrap
Snack: Greek yoghurt
Total carbs for today about 55
Dont usually double up on cereal but it was yummy
Managing to lower my carbs each day. Will try to get to 50carbs tomorrow.....
if I don't have a doughnut
