Apart from the odd breakfast this week most days I've gone without. Not good, I know, but just can't bring myself to eat in the morning. I can however eat a full English at the weekend, but I haven't done that in a while.
The rest of the time I have tried to stay within my daily carb limit. Having spent so much time celebrating with my family in England and then cruising back to USA my daily eating habits weren't the best.
There was a moment in UK that I was doing well at the gym but that's gone to the dogs since I came back. The mornings are colder and it's the same old story. I need stodge to keep me going and we all know that stodge = high carb
So, my estimated total carbs for the last 4 days is around 250.
Still not the best but getting better. I must stop procrastinating
