Last few days have been pretty good. I bought lots of veggies and butternut squash and made a big pan of veggie soup and butternut squash soup.
Whenever I'm peckish I go straight to the freezer and get me a portion. Went to Kickboxing on Monday and today went to Yoga and a Latin Heat class for the last half hour plus 3 Toning Table sessions.
I also made my yearly Cranberry Sauce for the Yultide season
Feeling more in control this week. Would be nice if the scales helped me along a little No, I'm not weighing myself for another couple of week yet. Need to get my holiday weight off before I declare all
