Last few days have been pretty good. I bought lots of veggies and butternut squash and made a big pan of veggie soup and butternut squash soup. 

Whenever I'm peckish I go straight to the freezer and get me a portion. Went to Kickboxing on Monday and today went to Yoga and a Latin Heat class for the last half hour plus 3 Toning Table sessions. 

I also made my yearly Cranberry Sauce for the Yultide season    

Feeling more in control this week. Would be nice if the scales helped me along a little  No, I'm not weighing myself for another couple of week yet. Need to get my holiday weight off before I declare all

Apart from the odd breakfast this week most days I've gone without. Not good, I know, but just can't bring myself to eat in the morning. I can however eat a full English at the weekend, but I haven't done that in a while.

The rest of the time I have tried to stay within my daily carb limit. Having spent so much time celebrating with my family in England and then cruising back to USA my daily eating habits weren't the best.  

There was a moment in UK that I was doing well at the gym but that's gone to the dogs since I came back. The mornings are colder and it's the same old story. I need stodge to keep me going and we all know that stodge = high carb 

So, my estimated total carbs for the last 4 days is around 250. 

Still not the best but getting better. I must stop procrastinating

Well, had a few interesting days. Some very very good and some very very bad. Nights are getting chillier and so is my need for stodgy food. Bought lots of veggies today so I can make soups and put them in the freezer should the need arise.

So, total estimated carbs since 3rd Oct about 270..... Not so good

B'fast: Coffee
Lunch: Omelet with onions and sliced tomato
Dinner: Chicken stew with mixed veg and 1 low-carb wrap
Snack: Chocolate from 'trick-or-treat bag'  

Total carbs for today around 90

Yep....Trick-or-Treat bag came to the house too soon I think  

Better day tomorrow me thinks !

B'fast: Slice of toast and bowl of cereal
Lunch: Another bowl of cereal
Dinner: Minced lamb pie (without the pastry) with mixed vegetables and 1 low-carb wrap
Snack: Greek yoghurt
Total carbs for today about 55
Dont usually double up on cereal but it was yummy 
Managing to lower my carbs each day. Will try to get to 50carbs tomorrow.....
