On with my Daily Log...
B'fast: 2 slices of low carb toast with bacon sausage and mushrooms
Lunch: Coffee
Dinner: Spaghetti bolognese (only a small portion of pasta) with 3 slices of garlic baguette washed down with 3 red wines

Todays carbs about 58

Still too high but I am hopefull that this holiday feeling will disappear I need to get my head down and focus!! :o(

OMG......I don't think it rained today !!! I think that's the first day it hasn't rained since I've been here.
