Lunch: Tapas: Chirito sausage, meatballs and tomatoe
& mozzorella with 1 slice of a baguette dipped in olive oil and
balsamic
Dinner: Chicken Bhuna with 1 chapati followed by a
small piece of New York cheesecake
Total carbs for today around
85
I think I'd just better give up this week and resign
myself to the high carb lifestyle. It has been a difficult week and I have to
pick a day that I start back on a sensible eating pattern.
What else can I say? I am falling rapidly into a bad
habit and it's very easy to give up. Shall I just throw the towel in ?
ABSOLUTELY NOT - BRING IT ON!!!.....What am I saying???...Some nights I just
feel like giving up
