B'fast: 1 slice of wholemeal toast
Lunch: Bowl of chili and mixed salad and 2 slices of banana bread
Dinner: Bowl of broccoli soup and cheese & crackers
Supper: 1/2 crust of freshly baked wholemeal bread
Total carbs around 78
OMG! Not so good. Yesterday wasn't too bad with around 55 carbs but today I just couldnt resist the stodgy breads. Promise... I will do better tomorrow
PS. Think I might be eating chocolate tomorrow?
