Lunch: Ham salad
Snack: Half very berry cake from Starbx
Dinner: Homemade Chicken & Broccoli Bake with 1 low-carb wrap. Greek yorhurt.
Supper: 2 cubes of high cocoa chocolate 

Total carbs for today about 49

Still getting the munchies at night time. Chocolate is now slipping back into my life. Well, who can do without chocolate. It's as indulgent as shoes
