B'fast: Coffee

Lunch: 1 protein bar and 1 small pack of roasted almonds

Dinner: Pork loin roll with blue cheese and spinach wand peas & sweetcorn with 2 low-carb wraps

Todays carbs around 44 

Good couple of days and have lost 1lb already.

Been to the toning tables every day so far PLUS 1 kickboxing class and 1 pilates class. Think I might take the day off tomorrow coz I earned it
