Well I'm back on the straight and narrow path of virtue. Went to the toning tables first thing this morning and straight after that I had a protein bar on the way to my aerobics class. 3 egg omelet with 2 low-carb wraps for lunch and for dinner I had Chicken breast with shrimp and roasted onions and tomatoes on 1 low-carb wrap finishing off with Greek yoghurt.

Total carbs for today 49

Feeling much better today. At least I could do the sit ups BUT still cant master push-ups  

Not sure I ever will :o(
