Lunch: Schmits in Columbus Ohio. Sausages, Sausages and more Sausages....with sauerkraut
Dinner: 1 slice of homemade bread with lashing of butter

Great low-carb day today. We visited Columbus University for the day and while we were there we thought we'd visit Columbus' famous German Bratwurst house. ooooo I love sausages
