B'fast: Coffee
Lunch: Sliced chicken and salad leaves on 2 low-carb slices of bread 

Dinner: Fish casserole with peas and broccoli, 2 low-carb wraps, Greek  yoghurt with raspberries, black grapes and pear.

Total carbs for today about  44

I havent stood on the scales for about 3 days now. Never gone a day without standing on them, unless they were in need of batteries. Keep looking at them and they keep looking at me.... not really knowing what to say..... Will try to go without another day.  

Think I can do it ?

Today's Daily Log...
B'fast: Coffee
Lunch: mixed salad leaves and lite cheese wedges on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Full English on 2 low-carb wraps, greek yoghurt, a few raspberries, black grapes and a few slices of banana
Supper: 2 cubes of high cocoa chocolate 

2 good days. But still cant seem to finish the day without my chocolate

Only 4 days until I go on my jollies...so excited  

It's Memorial Day in USA and Spring Bank Holiday in UK...

 and yes, I went to my Kickboxing class today and kicked ass  Grrrrr! So glad I did it. I wasnt going to bother but going away soon made me get my backside out of bed and got moving.

Work is also very busy and I dont like to leave when there is so much to do but my team is more than qualified to take over for me while I'm away. Real Estate is BUSY!!! Love it !! If you're thinking of moving, call me or message me through the discussion board.

Lunch: Fresh sliced turkey and mixed salad leaves on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Homemade Chinese....with Soy Sauce, Greek yoghurt and black grapes
Supper: 3 cubes of high cocoa chocolate and 1 slice of homemade wholewheat bread with butter

Total carbs for today around  58

Oops. Dinner was a little high on the sodium side, but delish   and then I got peckish and started on the chocolate. 

Coupled with the smell of freshly baked bread. It was crazy difficult to say no.

This week I have lost 1lb  

Having a positive low-carb and keep fit week. Last week I made 6 gym visits, 1 Kickboxing, 1 Pilates and 4 Toning Tables.

This week I have already done 2 classes at the gym - Kickboxing and Toning Tables and due in at the gym again tomorrow. Must admit, yesterday I had a high carb day BUT it was only 1 day out of 7 so staying focussed is tantamount. Only about 10 days to my jollies and cant wait

Last week I said "It has been the hardest month ever." Well, let me add another week to that month.

Having said that I am seeing some changes to my poor tummy. Went for an ultrasound and although all looks OK they will have to do a scan to double check everything is working correctly.  My tummy is still a little swollen but doesn't gurgle anymore.

The last few days have been a bit mixed but I'm hanging in there and managing to stay around 55 carbs per day.
Stomach still swollen and tests not showing much. 

Now have to go for a bloody scan!! I have put that one off until I get back from holiday

 Been pretty good so far and looking forward to standing on the scales in a few days. I eventually went to the doctor and having a test for my swollen tummy. Why does everything happen in May!?!?

One thing's for sure, if I need an op it aint happening until I get back from my holiday

Lunch: 1 high protein bar
Dinner: Sausages and polished off the bacon on 2 lowcarb wraps

Total carbs for today around 31

Mega low-carb day. I would normally say that todays carbs are too low, but taking into consideration my carb intake over the last month I think it's OK.

Toning table visit today but still not been t the doctors. Must try to remember tomorrow

Had a great focussed day today. 2 gym visits - Kickboxing and Toning Tables. Still not sorted a doctors visit yet. May get round to that when I'm on holiday visiting my family.

This weeks' carbs is 343

Average daily carbs over the last 7 days comes to around  49

This week I have lost 1lb 

Great week although my carb intake is a little on the high side. What I'm doing at the gym is finally paying off....like sweating like a pig and poooofing myself out.

I've done 1 Kickboxing class, 1 Pilates class and 4 Toning Table classes this week.

I should have a body like Carmen Electra....but I dont 

It has been the hardest month ever. My tummy is still a little swollen and gurgles away quite happily while I fight the flab....so frustrating. Still dont know why I'm feeling this way. May take a trip to the docs. Thinking back I have had trouble since having my appendix removed 

I will be at the gym again tomorrow morning for toning tables and kickboxing.
