B'fast: Bacon and egg on 1 low-carb wrap
Lunch: 1 high protein bar
Dinner: Sausages and polished off the bacon on 2 lowcarb wraps
Total carbs for today around 31
Mega low-carb day. I would normally say that todays carbs are too low, but taking into consideration my carb intake over the last month I think it's OK.
Toning table visit today but still not been t the doctors. Must try to remember tomorrow
