Home - Karen's Carb Crazy Kitchen©


B'fast: Coffee
Lunch: Fresh sliced turkey and mixed salad leaves on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Homemade Chinese....with Soy Sauce, Greek yoghurt and black grapes
Supper: 3 cubes of high cocoa chocolate and 1 slice of homemade wholewheat bread with butter

Total carbs for today around  58

Oops. Dinner was a little high on the sodium side, but delish   and then I got peckish and started on the chocolate. 

Coupled with the smell of freshly baked bread. It was crazy difficult to say no.
