Lunch: Large portion of leftover white asparagus and peas
Dinner: Salmon fillet with spring onions and tomatoes. Greek yoghurt
Total carbs for today around: 45
Had a great focussed day today. 2 gym visits - Kickboxing and Toning Tables. Still not sorted a doctors visit yet. May get round to that when I'm on holiday visiting my family.
