B'fast: Coffee
Lunch: Sliced chicken and salad leaves on 2 low-carb slices of bread 

Dinner: Fish casserole with peas and broccoli, 2 low-carb wraps, Greek  yoghurt with raspberries, black grapes and pear.

Total carbs for today about  44

I havent stood on the scales for about 3 days now. Never gone a day without standing on them, unless they were in need of batteries. Keep looking at them and they keep looking at me.... not really knowing what to say..... Will try to go without another day.  

Think I can do it ?
