Lunch: Fresh turkey slices with salad leaves on 1 low-carb wrap,
Dinner: Small bowl of Chicken and rice soup and caesar salad (no croutons)

This week I have lost 1lb
Having a positive low-carb and keep fit week. Last week I made 6 gym visits, 1 Kickboxing, 1 Pilates and 4 Toning Tables.
This week I have already done 2 classes at the gym - Kickboxing and Toning Tables and due in at the gym again tomorrow. Must admit, yesterday I had a high carb day BUT it was only 1 day out of 7 so staying focussed is tantamount. Only about 10 days to my jollies and cant wait
Last week I said "It has been the hardest month ever." Well, let me add another week to that month.
Having said that I am seeing some changes to my poor tummy. Went for an ultrasound and although all looks OK they will have to do a scan to double check everything is working correctly. My tummy is still a little swollen but doesn't gurgle anymore.
