On with my Daily Log...

B'fast: Low carb bar

Lunch: Bowl of broccoli cheese soup

Snack: Cheese & crackers

Dinner: Roast chicken with arugola and tomatoes, olive oil and balsamic and 2 low-carb wraps.

Total carbs for today about 30

Had a good couple of good days and I think I am now confidently getting back on track with low carb eating. It was extremely difficult to keep to low-carb while I was in UK because of the delicious foods that you just have to have when you visit home.

It has taken a few days to get back into it but now I am on a roll :o)
