B'fast: Bacon, egg, sausage and mushrooms and 2 low-carb wraps
Lunch: Coffee
Snack: 1 pack of low-carb crisps
Dinner: Cheese and onion on 2 low-carb wraps
Total carbs for today around 36
Pretty busy day with housework AND ironing. No-one volunteered to do the ironing on my Page?! Don't understand that on!!
So on to a new week tomorrow. Only 2lb left to lose before I'm back to my pre-holiday weight.
Why is it some people eat like there's no tomorrow and don't budge an ounce in weight, but I take one mouthful and BOOM......2lb on immediately!!?
Maybe a psychologist can work that one out?
I'm really chuffed with my website. Numbers are going up every day and I don't feel like I'm on my own.
