On with my Daily Log....

B'fast: croissant and fresh strawberries
Lunch: broccoli & cheese soup and chicken & mixed salad
Dinner: philly cheese steak with onion rings

Total carbs for today about 60

About 20 less carbs per day and I've cracked it...

Last leg of my trip tomorrow with a 10hr drive back to Ohio.

I've had a fabulous time with my family and I miss them lots.

The best thing about going home is placing my head on my pillow and having a good nights sleep in my bed.
