B'fast: 2 egg scrambled
On with my Daily Log....
B'fast: 2 egg scrambled
Brunch/Lunch: 1 croissant, 1tbspn low sugar marmalade and a couple of strawberries and raspberries
Snack: 1 pack of low-carb crisps
2nd snack: 2 fingers of cake
Dinner: Cheese & crackers and a couple glasses of red
Todays carbs around 65
Did I say that I hadn't touched the scales yet? If I did then I lied!!
OMG!!! Not telling but big depression looming :o(
Today's carbs are obviously too high for me. I don't lose weight unless I do around 40 per day. Had a very good low-carb day yesterday, but my friend Cathy came to see me this morning and we chatted and had brunch. Was so good to catch up.
So, tomorrow is another day....as they say :o}
