Exciting time and scary time. Is that a good thing?

B'fast: half banana and greek yoghurt
Lunch: Fresh turkey sl
iced with lettuce a zucchini on 2 low-carb wraps
Dinner: Pulled pork with mixed salad
Total carbs for today about 39
Good days are still going strong. I tried an energy drink yesterday too. No carbs or calories...just caffeine! I usually drink decaf coffee coz if I drink too much regular coffee my heart starts to pump but cant say the energy drink did anything.
