Carbs this week have been high. Remembrance Day/Veterans Day was a special day, so a buffet was supplied by yours truly with lots of carbs....and chocolate
This is seriously getting out of control
Today however has been a very good carb day....Only 25 so far and space for a peckish moment later tonight. I have low-carb snacks in the cupboard so if the mood takes me there will be no excuses....I promise
So onwards and upwards.
One other thing. I bought a silly cloth band that was advertised on the tv. It fits a bit like a corset that covers your tummy called 'tummy tuck'. Anyone heard of it? Trying it on is a fete in itself. Takes me a while to get it on with a few huffs and puffs. Got to make sure my body is completely dry after my morning shower then it will slide on easier.
I have worn it 4 out of the last 6 days and I have been going to the toning tables with it on and have been keeping it on all day. I will measure myself at the end of this month to see if there is a change. I am optimistic that there will be a good result with this. Having it on has actually made me do more activities at the gym.
I know, it's all psychological and it's all very sad, but I'm thinking, 'if it shakes your tail feather then of for it'. Sad but true
My Low-Carb Cook Book is doing great I am so pleased that this is working. It keeps me going and it's always nice to know there are people out their with the same interest.....and problem.
