Lunch: 1 pack of low carb crisps and a mouthful of chocolate brownie
Snack: Dry roasted almonds
Dinner: Homemade low-carb beef meatballs and pasta with parmesan shavings and 1 low-carb wrap
Total carbs for today about 42
Another great day...apart from the mouthful of brownie that is, but it was only 1 mouthful and I threw the rest in the bin.
Carrying on a the gym and feeling much better for it. Yes, I am still wearing the band when I am at the gym but it seems to help in a way nothing else does. I don't understand it but who cares
