DAILY LOG 16-18 Nov 2012
Oh dear. This is what happens when you are too busy to update your Daily Log.....you forget....or more like 'choose to forget'.
I can tell you I remember a large blueberry muffin after my grilled chicken salad so I suppose that's put the kibosh on today, BUT I do remember that 16th & 17th were very good days.
Does one large muffin spoil the whole darn week?
I will continue to go low-carb until Wednesday. Then it's weigh-in day. I have been going to the gym like a good girl and have more energy for it but let me tell you, my stomach feel bloated and uncomfortable. Darn muffins
Carbs for 16-18th are around 130
Still have 2 days left and I am still feeling confident about Wednesday
