B'fast: Low-carb yoghurt and coffee
Lunch: Bowl of chili
Dinner: Mixed cheese and salad with 2 low-carb wraps, Greek yoghurt with honey dew melon and black grapes
Total carbs for today around 45
Another good day. Getting back into the swing of things is definitely making me feel a lot more in control. Off to the gym again tomorrow. fingers crossed I'll so a mile before doing the toning tables and weights
