B'fast: 1 low-carb yoghurt
Snack: 1 pack of low-carb crisps/potato chips
Lunch: Plain roasted chicken breast & ketchup
Snack: 1 low-carb bar
Dinner: 4 Low-carb homemade beef meatballs and 1 low-carb wrap
Total carbs for today around 44
Getting back on the straight and narrow. Did another gym visit today so that is 3 days out of 3. Sooo pleased
I am determined to master the darn sit-ups That's how they make me feel.
Stay with me now because I am in a positive confident frame of mind, and we all know that doesn't last long with me
