B'fast: Low-carb yoghurt
Snack: 1 Pack of low-carb crisps/potato chips
Lunch: 1 low-carb chocolate bar & coffee
Dinner: Roasted Angus beef, oat bran pasta, garlic tomato sauce and parmesan shavings and 1 pack of low-carb crisps/potato chips
Snack: 1 low-Carb bar
Total carbs for today around 48
Just made it ! Lots of little snacks today but I think I function better like this. As long as I have a decent dinner. Will try this again tomorrow.
Another gym day today. Doing the sit-ups is a killer but I will keep it going especially now I have this thingy-ma-jig band on while exercising.
Yes I know it's really stupid but if I have it on I tend to do more....go figure...
One thing I'm sure about. It's Christmas Eve in 41 days OOOOMMMMGGGGG!!!
