B'fast: 2 egg omelete with 1 low-carb wrap

1 pack of low-carb crisps/potato chips

Dinner: Pulled roasted beef and mixed veg

Snack: 2 cubes dark chocolate cocoa

Total carbs for today around 42

Steaming through this week although I did my weigh-in just the other day and it should be on Wednesdays?

Not sure if I'm having a mental breakdown or I just decided to do it. Either way it doesnt make any sense

Come to think of it, I dont make sense anyway so no change there then  hawte!
