Carbs are getting better as I improve. It's been a long time but I am definitely looking forward to my weigh-in tomorrow....I think.

Lunch: Tuna fish and small side salad
Dinner: Oooops!

Total carbs for today about 5

OMG! Not good at all. Carbs are so low. I don't think I've ever had such a low-carb day.

Still not feeling right. Really bad griping pains. I have taken an indigestion tablet to hopefully get rid of it. Haven't experienced anything like this. Usually when I'm sick, I'm fine the next day, apart from feeling a little tender. That's why I am putting off having dinner. May have a little snack later.

Off to the Docs on Monday if it carries on. Not sure what else to do.

Does anyone know of any home remedies?

Way low today. I'm being careful because I'm still not feeling 100%. If you read about my ordeal the other night, you'll understand that I won't be taking my vitamins 
any time soon
 


Very strange. Never been sick on vitamin tablets before.

Not slept all night. I took my new multi vitaminss and found a few different ones in the draw from ages ago. Took about 7 in total. 30 minutes later, sick sick sick ....

B'fast: Bacon, egg, sausage and mushrooms and 2 low-carb wraps
Lunch: Coffee
Snack: 1 pack of low-carb crisps
Dinner: Cheese and onion on 2 low-carb wraps

Total carbs for today around 36

Pretty busy day with housework AND ironing. No-one volunteered to do the ironing on my Page?! Don't understand that on!! 

So on to a new week tomorrow. Only 2lb left to lose before I'm back to my pre-holiday weight.

Why is it some people eat like there's no tomorrow and don't budge an ounce in weight, but I take one mouthful and BOOM......2lb on immediately!!?

Lunch: Roast chicken slices with tomatoes on 2 low-carb wraps
Dinner: Fresh meatballs in homemade tomato, mushrooms & garlic sauce and 2 low-carb wraps
Supper: 1 low-carb bar

Almost back at my pre-holiday weight. Cant wait for it to be over so I can look forward to getting back to a promising Autumn.

Went to the toning table gym today to find it was closed!!! What!!!??? Doors shut, lights out and no notification! I paid for the year back in Feb/March! Wont be paying in advance for anything ever again. Think I'll get a refund?

Going to the local tennis club tomorrow to join as a family. That should be good fun mayybeeee...

Went out to Orange Leaf tonight. It's a self serve ice cream parlor with all kinds of toppings....chocolate, hundreds & thousands, fudge, cookie dough, chocolate brownies etc etc etc..... need I say more

Well I reneged on the ice cream & sat outside in the warm balmy evening and while everyone stuffed themselves, I drank a Starbucks with extra cream. Am I focussed or what!!!???

B'fast: half banana and greek yoghurt
Lunch: Fresh turkey sl
iced with lettuce a zucchini on 2 low-carb wraps
Dinner: Pulled pork with mixed salad

Total carbs for today about 39

Good days are still going strong. I tried an energy drink yesterday too. No carbs or calories...just caffeine! I usually drink decaf coffee coz if I drink too much regular coffee my heart starts to pump but cant say the energy drink did anything.

Had a good couple of good days and I think I am now confidently getting back on track with low carb eating. It was extremely difficult to keep to low-carb while I was in UK because of the delicious foods that you just have to have when you visit home.

It has taken a few days to get back into it but now I am on a roll :o)

Today has been low in carbs. I do like to have time out from cooking and brunch was at a local restaurant shared with friends I haven't seen all Summer. Lovely day catching up. Now back to work......

This publishing lark is so different from anything I have ever done. There have been ups and downs on the way but I stayed with it and today my Low-Carb Cook Book is finally being advertised in Newspapers, Magazines and on Radio Sations around USA... the mind boggles!

Getting back into the swing of things. I will won't be weighing myself for a couple of week. Just need a few more pounds off before I do that :o(

Did I say that I hadn't touched the scales yet? If I did then I lied!!

OMG!!! Not telling but big depression looming :o(

Today's carbs are obviously too high for me. I don't lose weight unless I do around 40 per day. Had a very good low-carb day yesterday, but my friend Cathy came to see me this morning and we chatted and had brunch. Was so good to catch up.

So, tomorrow is another day....as they say :o}

Last leg of my trip tomorrow with a 10hr drive back to Ohio.

I've had a fabulous time with my family and I miss them lots.

The best thing about going home is placing my head on my pillow and having a good nights sleep in my bed.
