B'fast: Nothing, nulla, niente for both days
Lunch: Light cheese triangles & tomatoes on 2 low-carb wraps on one day, & mined beef and onions on 2 low-carb wraps another
Snacks: High protein bar and 1 pack of low-carb crisps/potato chips
Dinner: 4 croissants one night
