Today's Log...

B'fast: Coffee

Lunch: 1 high protein bar

Dinner" salad with smoked ham on 2 low-carb wraps

Supper: Greek yoghurt

Total carbs about 38

Another good low-carb day. Although I am still feeling quite bloated. I've had lots of water and still it makes no difference.
