On with my Daily Log...
 
B'fast: Coffee 
Late Lunch: Packet of low-carb crisps and Greek yoghurt
Dinner: Meatballs in pomedoro sauce with 1 low-carb wrap
Snack: Low-carb yoghurt
 
Total carbs for today about 45
 
Even though I didn't plan ahead with lunch I had another good low-carb day. Lunch was around 2.30pm. I rarely get it right as I almost never know when I am going to be so busy I dont have time for lunch at lunch time....if that makes any sense 
 
I have had a few people contact me about my book being half price on some website.  The interior look of the book will not be as good with regard to picture quality but yes, everything else is the same in that they are the same recipes.
