B'fast: Half banana and half slice of wholewheat bread and butter
Snack: 1 low-carb bar
Lunch: Cream cheese and tomatoes on 2 low-carb wraps
Dinner: Homemade pulled pork in BBQ sauce with 2 low-carb wraps
Not such a bad day. Gym visit at 8:15am today and stayed there until 10am
I did 2 aerobic classes. 1 - Bodyworks + Abs and Kickboxing (although I left kickboxing 10 minutes early). I must have burned off about 400 calories between the two AND I felt I should have taken a protein bar with me because my energy levels were low when I finished.
I'm not one of those that feels like you can take on the whole day........well, not yet anyway, but I'll keep it going. My next visit is Wednesday for a respectable Pilates class and maybe I will do little aqua-fit after that. Ja'think I'm doing too much ?
I cant believe I used to go to the gym for 2 hrs Monday to Friday every single week.... If I had an instructor like Lesley McCan I would still be doing that (well, apart from Tuesdays because it's 'meeting day' at work....I miss you Lesley
