B'fast: Coffee
Snack: Packet of low-carb crisps/potato chips
Lunch: Sausage and 2 egg scrambled with 2 low-carb wraps
Snack: low-carb bar
Dinner: Fish bake with creamy parsley sauce with peas and spinach
Total carbs for today around 45
Back into the swing of things finally!! I also went to the gym for pilates and I am aching already. Even though it's cold I can feel Spring approaching and I'm in the mood for aerobics.
Mondays I'm at the gym for Body Works + Abs, then I get a 15 minute break and go on to Kick Boxing.
Yeah Baby!! Bring it on !!
