HAPPY PANCAKE TUESDAY!!
B'fast: Coffee, half banana and low-carb yoghurt
Lunch: French onion soup and mixed salad and 1oz blue cheese and 6 crackers
Dinner: leftover pork with roasted sweet peppers & onions on 2 low-carb wraps
Snack: 1 low-carb yoghurt
Total carbs for today around 47
Hungry day BUT kept within my carb limit. Need to have 1 very low-carb day to make up for the 3 bad days I had but it's too late. My weigh-in is tomorrow
I have administered muscle rub to the effected areas since my 2 aerobic classes yesterday. The muscle rub got hotter and hotter and I ended up sweating and had to swab myself down and change my nighty
WOW muscle rub really does get hot !
