What can I say.....
It all started with the Super Bowl....
Great game and the adverts and lighting (if you watched it) were great entertainment 
Apart from 1 gym visit for a Body Works + Abs which was really good, there has been a bout of carbs and lots of them were had by all, really good, tasty and addictive. And it's been down hill ever since.... 
I will get back up tomorrow morning with a trip to the gym for a Pilates class. I need to spend more time working out and I will force myself to do it.
And I havent put any weight on??!!! Go figure
