B'fast: Coffee & high protein smoothy
Lunch: leftover ribs and 1 low-carb wrap 
Dinner: Pulled chicken on 1 low-carb wraps and Greek yoghurt

Total carbs around 42 

What a day. Did 2 gym classes this morning. Started at 8.15am with a aerobics + abs for 1 hr, had 20 minute break with a high protein smoothy and then went on to a kickboxing class for another hour. 

I was exhausted but felt great until after my visit to the supermarket to do housewifery stuff. Slowly but surely my body started to seize up. I was absolutely wacked this afternoon 

Stiff as a board, cant move and ache all over. Think I'll be needed my muscle rub tonight  

And no-one would believe me if I said that I used to do this 5 days per week! I cant believe how out of condition I am.
