B'fast: Half banana and coffee
Lunch: 1 small homemade cookie and coffee Ooops
Snack: 1 packet of low-carb crisps
Dinner: Meatballs with mixed salad and 2 low-carb wraps
Snack: 2 cubes of high cocoa chocolate
Carbs for today about 45
There I go again. Not bringing a low-carb lunch with me and grabbing a cookie on the way out of the office. It was only small though, like 1" round so I am guess'timating that it was around 10carbs for the one cookie. Then I had an appointment and didnt finish until 2.30pm and straight to school for 3pm pickup. At least I had my low-carb crisps.
Well, my body is slowly mending from Monday's gym escapade and tomorrow is Pilates
It may look nice and relaxing but let me tell you, I ache for longer after Pilates than I do after aerobics
