The week has been going well'ish.... some days have been very good but others very very bad. Take today for instance. Went out for lunch and I ordered a sensible low-carb meal BUT it came with biscuits (savoury scones). I dont normally touch them but it's been so cold and I needed that extra stodge and before I knew it they were gone...
suffice to say, I wont bother counting my carbs this week.
Went to the gym class 3 times: 1 Body Works + Abs, 1 Kickboxing and 1 Pilates
PS...I gained 2lb
Dont know why I bother
