Both days I went without breakfast... Ooops. Never been one to eat first thing in the morning and yes, I know it has to stop.
Had a 3 egg omelet with onions and tomatoes and 1 low carb wrap at lunch today and later this afternoon I had a little chocolate.....sugar free chocolate. 7 carbs in total for that.
Made a delicious beef and broccoli chinese. Everyone enjoyed it although I was really thirsty after. I took photos that I will post tomorrow night.
Another gym visit today. Step plus abs so I must have burned off around 150 calories. Tomorrow is Pilates class. Got to get rid of this darn 2lb gain.
Getting back into the gym is making me feel more healthy although it cant help feeling that being healthy all the time can be pretty boring? Is it just me?
