B'fast: Coffee
Lunch: Broccoli cheese soup and half elephants foot
Dinner: Cup of chicken soup and caesar salad without croutons
Total carbs for today around 48
Only one small blip at lunch time with the pastry but everything else was so low in carbs that it's OK.
Looking forward to Super Bowl tomorrow, although I am in work until 4pm. Plenty of time to get back and start preparing. Fortunately I did the food shop 2 days ago.
I can be organized for one day at least....Cant wait.
