Home - Karen's Carb Crazy Kitchen


B'fast: Bacon on 1 low-carb wrap
Lunch:  Pulled chicken in bbq sauce on 1 low-carb wrap
Snack: Half bar of high cocoa chocolate
Dinner: Egg & bacon and 2 low-carb wraps
Supper: 4 cubes of high cocoa chocolate 

Total carbs around 52

Was at work today and got into a conversation about low-carb and the next thing we were talking about chocolate and how high cocoa chocolate is so much lower in carbs than regular chocolate. Anyway, got home and couldn't resist having a bite that ended up being half a bloody bar. 

Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate...I love it  

It's my weigh-in tomorrow and I am staying quite optimistic ..... if I don't eat anymore darn chocolate!!!
Ooops...I had more chocolate. Maybe I won't have my weigh-in tomorrow 
I think I have said chocolate like a dozen times...
